Battleground is located in the TownMall of Westminster, a private property. In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment, Battleground requests your cooperation in complying with the following Code of Conduct, to be followed by all.

  • Treat others as you like to be treated.

Appropriate behavior does not include fighting, harassment, offending others or provoking confrontations or disruptive conduct of any nature.

Group functions, activities or gatherings, are not permitted without prior approval from Mall Management, which shall have the right in its sole discretion to prohibit any such group functions, activities or gatherings.

  • Act Responsibly. Please refrain from…

Shouting, making loud noises or using indecent language;

Playing music other that what the Mall provides or approves;

Defacing, damaging, or destroying any property belonging to the Mall, its patrons, or its tenants;

Assembling in a manner which disrupts the public peace.

Please do not block access to store entrances.

Walk; don’t run, no skates or skateboarding allowed.

Battleground management reserves the right to ask minors, unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian, to leave Battleground when they exhibit behavior such as mentioned above.

Please use our benches and chairs for sitting, not standing or jumping.

Do not bring animals and/or pets into Battleground except for registered assist animals.

  • Observe Federal, State, and Local Law.

Use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

Vaping and smoking are prohibited in Battleground.

  • Please dress appropriately and observe all health codes and local laws.

Clothing should not be worn which is obscene or offensive in nature.

  • Distribution of literature, solicitation, demonstrations, and special promotions or using the property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited. Prior written permission from the Mall Management and Battleground is required. If permitted by law or if you have any questions please visit the Mall Management Office for more information.

Please do not park or loiter on the property after closing. Unauthorized vehicles parked overnight may be towed at Owner expense.

Your entry to the TownMall constitutes your consent to abide by the above Code of Conduct. A violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the property and/or other actions as Management-please call the Mall Office at (410)857-0300.

TownMall Management and Battleground reserves the right to amend the Code of Conduct at any time.
